Court Ruling on Baldy Cell Tower
On September 26th, 2016, a CEQA (California Environmental Quality Act) court ruled that Verizon’s proposal for bringing cell phone service to Mt. Baldy is necessarily a multiple-tower project, and that this entire project must be subject to an EIR (Environmental Impact Report).
