Keep Baldy Wild is monitoring the permit process for the proposed cell tower at the Mt. Baldy Trout Ponds. We support a cell tower free environment for Mt Baldy Village. Our position is that a tower should be placed in an alternative, safer location that is away from residences, a rich habitat, a culturally sensitive area, and that will provide coverage to areas of high-risk, such as Glendora Ridge Road, Mt. Baldy Road, and /or the hiking areas.  Please see:
