On July 15, 2012, a Special Town Hall Meeting was held at Mt Baldy School to answer community members’ questions about the proposed cell tower installation in Mt. Baldy. Presenting were Verizon contractors and Martin Blank, PhD. Dr. Blank spent 52 years teaching at Columbia University, New York, in the Department of Physiology and Cellular Biophysics.
